Upstairs at Iron Vines Winery
Room Rental - No Fee during business hours
There is no fee for the room during business hours but we do require a $100 refundable deposit to hold the date, which will be applied to bartending service. If you are interested in renting during non-business hours the rate is $30 per hour. If you would like to rent the whole facility during non-business hours the rate is $60 dollars per hour. Other requests will be priced on review. You will have access to the room one hour before and after for set-up and clean-up. We run music downstairs Friday, 7 - 9 p.m., Saturday 7-10 and Sunday 3 - 5 p.m. which you can hear and watch clearly from the balcony.
Anyone under 21 will be permitted only if they are with a parent or guardian and must stay in the upstairs area. Any parents with unattended children will be asked to leave.
Unfortunately at this time the “Upstairs" is not wheelchair accessible. We will do whatever we can to accommodate anyone with a disability.
Upstairs Bar Service
Cash Bar - $60 per 30 people per hour
We require one bartender per 30 people. Cash bar service includes set up and clean up and a $20 gratuity for the bartender. You may choose 6 wines from our wine list, and 3 beers from the menu to offer your guests. Our selection of Pennsylvania liquors, mixers, sodas, and bottled water is alway available.
Open Bar - $60 + $30 deposit per hour per 30 people
If you would like to host an open bar event you may choose to purchase wine in advance. Wine may ONLY be served by our certified bartenders and unopened wine bottles may be taken home. Other beverages can be run on a tab with a $30 deposit per hour per 30 people.
